AUSTIN, TX (PRWEB) April 23, 2004 -– Synrdyne has named Joseph Cipriano, Vice President, Advanced Technology and Biometrics.
Cipriano shall lead the strategic direction for Synrdynes Advanced Technology and Biometrics organization, which includes programs focused on Airports, Borders, and other transportation corridors in support of Homeland Security. In addition he will be responsible for wide area acceptance and implementation of countermeasure solutions designed to help financial institutions combat the growing incidence of identity theft and check fraud.
Cipriano will be responsible for establishing synergistic partnerships from the biometrics community and for the recruitment of biometric experts from across the industry in order to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions to our customers.
Prior to this position, Cipriano was Vice President of Programs, State & Local Law Enforcement. Cipriano was instrumental in forming relations with City, County, and State agencies essential to the execution of Synrdynes national strategy. His accomplishments in this space have led to praise from the community and from law enforcement agencies combating problems associated with drivers license fraud and underage drinking.
