Monte Carlo, Monaco will be the host city for the special reception for Real Estate Expo during the Monaco Grand Prix

Monte Carlo, Monaco (PRWEB) April 29, 2004 -- After shining with success in South Florida, the Real Estate Expo will arrive in Monte Carlo, during the legendary Monaco Grand Prix and Cannes Film Festival. Some of the biggest names in the real estate industry in the United States will feature their properties for the first time at Real Estate Expo – Monte Carlo including Colonial Development, Group, Il Villaggio Realty, Infinity at Brickell, International Realty Inc, Sojo Design, The Strand – Ocean Drive, W Ft. Lauderdale Hotel and Residences, and WCI Communities.

As the expo makes its way overseas and lands in Monte Carlo, playground for some of the worlds wealthiest, it will roll out the red carpet with an exclusive, invitation only cocktail reception on Thursday, May 20 at the Hotel De Paris, the most esteemed, prestigious hotel in Europe catering to royalty, celebrities and moguls from all over the world. Some of the top US real estate industry developers and realtors have been invited to participate in this exclusive reception that will introduce them to some of the worlds biggest spenders.

Europeans are eager to invest and purchase properties in the US, particularly in Florida, and the Real Estate Expo has taken notice, expanding from the United States all the way to some of the hottest spots in Europe including St. Tropez in July and Venice in August.
From the launch of the Real Estate Expo in Americas Riviera—South Beach, Miami—where there exists a huge international contingency especially in the real estate business, to its much anticipated debut in the fabulous French Riviera—Monte Carlo, Cannes, and Monaco, those who were previously just looking" have taken the plunge and purchased those long desired properties.

With the rising value of the Euro, not to mention the timing-- the Monaco Grand Prix and the Cannes Film Festival—in conjunction with the cachet of the Hotel de Paris, this is an incredible opportunity for both participants and attendees to meet," says Paolo Sadri, the events organizer and President of Real Estate Expo.
