PHI SLAMMA JAMMAs Rickie Winslow and One Man Game Entertainment have scheduled a press conference to announce its first annual Celebrity Street Ball Classic, Wednesday afternoon, May 5th, 1:00 at Drexlers Bar-B-Que, 2020 Dowling.

Houston, TX (PRWEB) May 4, 2004--The R.O.W.D.Y. Foundations Rickie Winslow and One Man Game Entertainments Abraham Woods is expected to officially announce its celebrity street ball tournament which features Phillip Champion aka Hot Sauce.

Hot Sauce is one of the most popular growing streetballers ever. He started off on the And1 Mix Tape, Volume III, was seen on the ESPN TV show, Streetball", in the video game Street Hoops" and now this 61, 170lb point guard has become a playground legend all over America. He has embarrassed the likes of Pittsburg Pirates-Derek Bell, Cleveland Indians-Kenny Lofton, Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Jaquez Green and Reidel Anthony, and not to mention all of the ballers on the And1 mixtape.

Sauce is silky smooth in everything he does on the court, with a wingspan that makes his cross over extremely effective. His flamboyant game and his incredible on-the-fly creativity keeps defenders from playing him too closely and has made him the most asked about street balla since Rafer "Skip To My Lou" Alston. He claims to have over one hundred moves, and has even given them colorful names like his most famous, Boomerang", "The Hypnotizer" and the "Slow MO Cross", where he hits you with fast crossovers and then all of a sudden his whole body slows to a crawl. Phillip Champion currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.

Celebrity athletes to include from the And1 Mixtapes, 50, Baby Shaq, Birdman and Silk from the hit movie "He's Got Game". Also to include local rappers Kiotti, MC Qua, Mike Jones, Pow Wow, Lil Troy and T2, with celebrity invited guests Wreck Shop Records, Aaron Glenn, Jonathon Ogden and Steve Francis.

The tournament will benefit the R.O.W.D.Y. Foundation, scholarships at Texas Southern University and the TSU bookstore. Tip off is at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, May 9th in the Texas Southern Universitys HP & E Arena.
