After serving his country as a member of the U.S. Air Force for many years, Charly Orta makes his dream come true by announcing the release of his first album in the Latin music industry.

(PRWEB) May 10, 2004—Charly Orta a former Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force and now member of the 482nd Maintenance Squadron at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Florida, announced the release of his first album in the summer of 2004, said his Manager Debbie Evans. This is what he has been working for, and finally is becoming a reality. He had the opportunity to serve his country in several operations overseas during Enduring Freedom" doing what he knows best, but now he gets to make his dream come true, and do what he loves, Latin Music." said Evans. We are very exited about the release of my first album; I have been waiting for this moment all my life and it's finally here. Im sure people are going to love this production because its very fresh and has a lot of different rhythms and flavors," says the airman.

His first album, titled "Mi Sueño", is a collaboration of many famous musicians, composers and producers such as: Luis Aquino, Luis Corporan, Dwait Cubero, Luis A. Rodriguez, Rudy Perez and many others. Charly Orta had the opportunity to work with Producer Freddie Mendez, one of the most talented producers of Merengue and Tropical music. Freddie has been nominated in six different occasions for the Latin Grammys and has won two awards. I feel honored to have the opportunity to work with very experience and talented people such as Freddie Mendez" said Charly.

This production is a compilation of meaningful, fun and romantic lyrics mixed with a variety of Merengue and Bachata rhythms. This album has a unique style and sound; that is why Charly is very confident that this album will place him in a very important position among the top Merengue artist in the Hispanic music industry.

"Mi Sueño" was produced in JAMPR Studios in Puerto Rico. Charly enjoyed working in the studio and is looking forward to start on his second album. I love what I do in the Air Force, but I had a really good time in the recording studio. While I was working on my album, I realized that this is what I want to do from now on, be a singer and be able to bring my music to all the fans that love this music as much as I do." said Charly.

After speaking with Charly for a short while, it was obvious too me that his real passion is Latin music. The same Latin music he grew up with and listened to. I am very confident that his first album will make a long lasting impression in most Latin music fans.
