Columbia MD May 17, 2004, B-Line Express Inc today announced the release of B-Line Charting Components 3.0. This latest version of B-Line's project enhancement software is a major upgrade, and includes expansion and improvements including:
* Migration to the Flash MX 2004 architecture
* Four new chart types for a total of fifteen
* And an increase in the overall flexibility of the component set.

- The ability to attach the legend to a MovieClip outside the chart
- Expanded documentation with over 800 pages of information including many larger examples
