WorkLife Media acquires Radish Media, CMI Resiliency e-learning products

Beverly, MA and Atlanta, GA – May 14, 2004 – Beverly-based WorkLife Media, LLC (WLM) announced today that it has acquired Radish Media, a specialty web development and creative company focusing on the employee assistance market, and the e-learning products of Atlanta-based Crisis Management International, Inc. (CMI), effective April 1 and July 1, 2004, respectively. WorkLife Media is a sister company of Crisis Care Network. Financial terms of the agreements were not disclosed.

Beverly, MA and Atlanta, GA – May 14, 2004 – Beverly-based WorkLife Media, LLC (WLM) announced today that it has acquired Radish Media, a specialty web development and creative company focusing on the employee assistance market, and the e-learning products of Atlanta-based Crisis Management International, Inc. (CMI), effective April 1 and July 1, 2004, respectively. WorkLife Media is a sister company of Crisis Care Network. Financial terms of the agreements were not disclosed.

WorkLife Media will deploy Radishs creative design talent to bring interactive multimedia enhancements to CMIs bouncing back" website – an on-line community for people affected by a traumatic experience – and to its e-learning course A Resiliency Approach to Early Crisis Intervention". CMI will also exclusively partner with WLM for development and distribution of additional crisis management titles based on its proprietary content.

This transaction significantly increases the depth and breadth of our proprietary content in crisis preparedness and response, and provides our customers the advantage of first access to new tools and emerging research. The combination of web design expertise, behavioral health sensibility and exclusive content equals an unrivaled solution for reducing performance risk in the workplace," said Paul Earl, CEO of WorkLife Media.

This agreement will allow CMI to concentrate on our integrated crisis preparedness services, while leveraging CMIs intellectual capital through the multimedia development and e-learning capabilities of WorkLife Media. WorkLife Media, LLC is a Beverly, MA based information services company that provides media-based solutions to increase crisis readiness and reduce workplace performance risks. WorkLife Media supplies over 5,000 behavioral healthcare providers, EAPs, and other organizations.

Crisis Management International, Inc. is an Atlanta-based crisis consulting firm that provides crisis preparedness services to employers worldwide. In situations ranging from natural disasters to terrorist attacks, CMI has enhanced and promoted individual and organizational crisis recovery.
