Cinq Technologies Brazil Partners with U.S. based Vision TRE, Inc. to provide Brazilian Offshore IT services to U.S. companies

Vision TRE, Inc., an information technology (IT) consulting firm in Stone Mountain, Georgia today announced its partnership with Cinq Technologies of Curitiba, Brazil. Vision TRE, Inc. will provide U.S. marketing, sales, and onshore support for Cinq Technologies of Brazil, offshore IT projects in the U.S.

(PRWEB) May 16, 2004 -- Vision TRE, Inc., an information technology (IT) consulting firm in Stone Mountain, Georgia today announced its partnership with Cinq Technologies of Curitiba, Brazil. Vision TRE, Inc. will provide U.S. marketing, sales, and onshore support for Cinq Technologies of Brazil, offshore IT projects in the U.S.

Cinq Technologies was founded in 1992 and their client project portfolio includes Brazilian government agencies, Alltech, Diebold Corporation, HP, IBM, Siemens, Banco Do Brazil, Michelin and other well know companies. According to Carlos Jayme a Director at Cinq Technologies, our goal is for each project to reflect customer service and technical excellence to assure your continued customer satisfaction". Cinq employs about 50 developers with a wide range of skill sets including C++, .Net, Oracle, MS SQL, Java and much more.

Vision TRE, Inc. partners with Brazilian IT outsourcing companies to support their entry into the rapidly growing U.S. offshore and near shore outsourcing market for information technology and engineering services. According to William Johns, founder of Vision TRE, Inc., Brazil is a vastly over looked alternative to India, China, and Eastern Europe for IT outsourcing. You can pick up a telephone and call Brazil for about 8 cents per minute and yes, talk to an IT project team in English and in a work day friendly time zone. This collaboration leads to innovations and knowledge transfer in both directions."

Vision TRE has aggressively sought out Brazilian IT outsourcing companies like Cinq Technologies that have strong management, technical and English skills. We offer their services in advanced programming including .Net, ASP, C++, C#, Microsoft SQL, Oracle Applications, Oracle DBA, Crystal Reports, Visual Basic, network engineering and more to U.S. clients. We currently have a large reserve of skilled professionals ready to meet any programming skill set for any size project.

Leading IT advisory firm Gartner predicts one out of 10 jobs at U.S. IT companies will move offshore. Most of the offshore work is done in India, however, time zone and cultural differences create many challenges. The time zone difference alone requires India to look for entire projects to manage where Brazilian professionals will be able to work as remote members of domestic development groups. "Vision TREs strategy is to provide Brazilian offshore English speaking IT professionals to U.S. concerns at very competitive bill rates. Although the hourly rate maybe a little higher than India or China, projects can be completed faster because project teams will have only a 1-3 hour time difference" states William Johns, founder of Vision TRE, Inc. When it comes to remote workers, distance is becoming less and less of an issue but the human factors such as time-of-day and culture may be a very different challenge for technology to solve. Project teams located in close time zones can share ideas and collaborate several times a day if needed.

Vision TRE sees Brazil overcoming its inexperience in selling software and services to US markets as its biggest challenge to capturing more of the U.S. IT outsourcing market. Brazil is known for its well-developed national software and services market worth over US$ 7.7 billion (2001), which is roughly equivalent to that of India, but its lack of exports ($US 100 million compared to India's $US 6 billion) demonstrates its weakness in penetrating US markets. Vision TRE selected Brazil as an ideal offshore resource because of its advanced software industry, well developed telecom infrastructure, internationally accepted standards of intellectual property protection, and highly competitive, technologically competent and secure business environment" states William Johns, founder of Vision TRE, Inc.
