Writers Notes Magazine First Issue Free On-line from Author Christopher Klim

Author Christopher Klims new literary publication, Writers Notes Magazine, offers free on-line version of printed first issue. Klim is the cult favorite author of Everything Burns and Jesus Lives in Trenton and senior editor of the magazine from www.WritersNotes.com.

(PRWEB) May 25, 2004--In a recent interview, author Christopher Klim offered the first issue of http://hopepubs.home.comcast.net/magazine.html [Writers Notes Magazine] to visitors of http://www.WritersNotes.com [WritersNotes.com], the free international resource site. Making good on the offer, Hopewell Publications placed an e-book version of the magazine on-line at http://www.Free4Writers.com [Free4Writers.com].

http://hopepubs.home.comcast.net/magazine.html [Writers Notes Magazine] was recently called the new Paris Review" by best-selling author Robert Gover. The semi-annual publication features contemporary stories, essays, interviews, poetry, and the results of the http://hopepubs.home.comcast.net/awards.html [Writers Notes Book Awards] for independent publishing.

What is being dubbed as good and acceptable in literature has become narrowly focused and exclusive," said Klim. Exclusion, politically correct, reverence, polite even, runs against every precept of a vocation in letters."

The premiere issue contains an exclusive interview with Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, who was recently short-listed for the British Orange Award for her book Purple Hibiscus. Also, included is a rare interview with Linda Swanson-Davies of Glimmer Train Stories, as well as many diverse stories and essays

Some of the content will be controversial," Klim admits. Were entering a dangerous era with the Taliban right and Nazi left tugging at the seems of society. Ideas arent circulating as well as they were 30, even 20, years ago. Writers Notes Magazine is a collection of ideas."

Christopher Klim, a former space program physicist, continues to gather attention with his stunning portrayal of serial arson in the novel http://hopepubs.home.comcast.net/synopsisburns.html [Everything Burns] (April 2004). His personal fascination with fire and firsthand accounts from arson investigators combine for a chilling tale. Booklist called it, absorbing reading," which quickly made it a library selection.

Were considering a second printing after only the first month," says publisher Karin Seidel. The turnaround is a first for us."

The author is no stranger to garnering appeal. His first novel, http://hopepubs.home.comcast.net/synopsis.html [Jesus Lives in Trenton], saw three printings and became a cult favorite in the US, UK, and Australia. His work has been compared to Dashiell Hammett, Raymond Carver, and John Steinbeck.

http://www.ChristopherKlim.com [CHRISTOPHER KLIM] is the author of the highly praised novels, http://hopepubs.home.comcast.net/synopsisburns.html [Everything Burns] and http://hopepubs.home.comcast.net/synopsis.html [Jesus Lives in Trenton], and the manual, http://hopepubs.home.comcast.net/contemorary.html [Write to Publish].
