Booksellers to Realize Incredible Profits Without Risk

Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) May 24, 2004 -– Malinche Entertainment, on the web at www.malinche.net, has announced the launch of its industry-changing retail program custom tailored to booksellers. Established in 2002 as the worlds only publisher of Interactive Fiction, Malinches creation of this new retail channel program is a paradigm shift to the bookselling world.

Weve taken the consignment model of selling titles and turned it on its ear," author and CEO Howard Sherman states. With standard consignment, the bookstore and the author make less on every copy sold. When a bookseller in our program sells a title theyre making roughly the same profit they would on a book they actually purchased but without any of the risks associated with buying books. We ship a box of our Interactive Fiction titles to the bookseller at no cost to them and they dont pay us a nickel until after a sale is made. Even then, they only pay for the titles sold at the end of the month. As far as I know, no other program has made consignment so rewarding or flexible. The bookseller is not only making an extremely generous profit without risk, theyre delivering exciting new products to their customers as well."

Interactive Fiction has been touted as the platform for the novel of the future where the reader actually communicates to the story taking on the role of the main character. The New York Times has dubbed Interactive Fiction participatory novels" due to their total involvement of the reader. A reader loads a Malinche title on their computer (all computers are supported) and responds to the displays of prose on their screen. Since the story unfolds only in response to the readers own choices, an immersive experience in the fictional work is created.

Malinche has published two Interactive Fiction titles so far with a third scheduled for release this summer. With releases for every major genre represented or planned, readers of every sort of novel can be treated to a whole new way of enjoying fiction.", Mr. Sherman asserts. Mystery fans can put their detective skills to the test in Greystone while science fiction fans will really enjoy being the hero in our fantasy adventure First Light, a romp of swords and magic enveloped in a compelling plot. With Black Dragon coming out this summer, any reader who ever enjoyed a naval techno thriller is going to be blown out of their chair when they take command of the legendary battleship USS New Jersey."

Interested booksellers should send email to howard@malinche.net or call 1-(877)-299-7999 for immediate consideration.
