Jackson will be responsible for directing the client support and implementation services behind Projectix, the companys global talent management offering.

Jackson has worked in technology focused service operations for more than 10 years. Prior to Recruiternet, Jackson was employed by Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, Washington and was responsible for global client relations and service for Microsofts Worldwide Customer Care Division. Overseeing dozens of external vendor relationships, he established Microsofts global contact center structure for North American, Japan, Australia and the Far East for the Xbox gaming business. Jackson also spent time at Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Portland, Maine as Operations Program Director before becoming part of the Recruiternet team.
