The process begins by prescreening a chemical against a wide range of government and health related lists. Once the chemical has passed the rigorous prescreening process, a decision matrix routes the request to all the individuals in the enterprise required to review or sign-off on the purchase decision.

A common area enables collaborators working at different locations to share information, upload supporting documentation and keep an audit trail of the development process.

Actio Gatekeeper will be available at the beginning of the third calendar quarter 2004. The estimated price for the service will be based upon the number of users utilizing the system within a client company.
