Publish America (Maryland) accepted 67 Pieces of My Heart by first time author Kathy Nesselroad for publication later this year.
(PRWEB) June 17, 2004 -- First time author, Kathy Nesselroad, signed a seven year contract in March 2004 with Publish America, a traditional publishing house located in Maryland.
Kathy began compiling poems in late 2001 for publication. Her writing transcends most poetic styles combining word painting with metaphors and ranging from the most simplistic to the complex. These works cover a period in her life full of pain, struggles, insecurities, and realization. She comes face-to-face with the death of her mother, several broken relationships, and her children coming of age – the joys of friendship, painful memories, the fear of growing old, and everything in between.
A native of southern California, Kathy Nesselroad was raised on a turkey ranch in Artesia (formally know as Dairy Valley), and spent most of her adult life as a business professional and single mother in Orange County.
This is Kathy's first published offering.
