Gilmore, president, has more than 20 years experience as controller, CFO and VP of finance in business services, engineering, asset management and construction. He is in partnership with A. (consulting engineers), president of Payroll Express and VP of finance for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers.
Gumula, a CPA and member of the Pennsylvania and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, most recently was senior project manager of the marketing department for Day-Timers, where he achieved double the previous recovery rate in disposing of $10+ million in obsolete and slow-moving inventory. Prior to that, he was manager of cost accounting for Day-Timers' finance department. He also held a number of management positions with TWA in their finance and accounting departments, including senior-level positions at a number of their subsidiaries. Gumula earned his MBA in Finance from LaSalle.
GFO was recently engaged by Reinheit Importers LLC, Hatboro, Pa., to provide controller services. Geoff Fisher, Gilmore's fellow co-chair of the Montgomery/Bucks Chapter of the Finance Executive Network Group, was hired to manage onsite services for Reinheit. Also a graduate of LaSalle's MBA program, Fisher has worked in finance or operations for UniGridEnergy, PSEG Energy Technologies, Sony Music Entertainment, CBS and Ford Motor Co.
