(PRWEB) June 24, 2004 -- Toss Away the Could Haves" and Should Haves" day, a nationwide initiative to promote getting rid of excess mental strongholds will be celebrated on July 17, 2004. Founded by author and motivational speaker Martha J. Ross-Rodgers, this special day was created to encourage people to toss away all of their regrets that are making them remain stagnant in their lives. Toss Away the Could Haves" and Should Haves" day was created to remind people that in spite of their mistakes, they can still move forward with their lives.

Martha J. Ross-Rodgers was nearing the end of her second year at Earlham College when she found out that she was pregnant. Eighteen and unmarried, she dropped out of college to go and live with her parents in Memphis, Tennessee. She was married to her childs father when she was seven months pregnant. At the age of 28 she returned to college. She graduated cum laude at the age of 30 from Florida Southern College in Orlando, Florida.
