When MPS launched its CSO and SSO courses, at the beginning of this year, the intent was to provide shipping organizations and their people with a clear interpretation and guidance on the implementation of the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code. And now, with MPS courses available (literally) around the world, that intent is being fulfilled.
