(PRWEB) July 21, 2004 -- On July 16th, 2004, a decision was handed down from the National Arbitration Forum that took away ownership of RadioAid.com's website "ClearChannelSucks.net" and gave the website to the complaintant, Clear Channel.

The decision of the arbitration panel has led to the decision from the founders of RadioAid.com to file suit vs. Clear Channel Communications, Inc. to retain ownership of this outlet for free speech against the corporate monopoly, Clear Channel Communications, Inc.

RadioAid was taken to arbitration instead of the US Judicial system due to Clear Channel's knowledge that large corporations win a majority of cases during arbitration through the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy enforced by ICANN.

RadioAid.com will take this case through the U.S Judicial system. Clear Channel's lawyers will have to present evidence that RadioAid has no protest material against Clear Channel, which they will not be able to do. RadioAid has presented protest material against Clear Channel and their business practices prior to the registry & usage of the domain 'clearchannelsucks.net,' through the present.

We are accepting donations to raise funding to 1. file suit against Clear Channel in a US court of law 2. obtain clearchannelsucks.net and 3. give other small business owners and individuals the courage to stand up to billion dollar corporate companies in cases such as this.
