Companies Turn to Internet Consultants Rather than Full-time Staff Employees for Internet Strategy and Management Solutions

Small and large companies are turning to consultants to save expense over the cost of hiring a full-time staff. Businesses face tough competition and challenges with a lack of capitalization, inadequate staff with insufficient expertise, inexperienced and overworked staff who are unable to properly plan strategies and direction for on-line presence. New business start-ups often have budgets that do not include salary and benefits for a full-time experienced team.

SARASOTA, Fla.(PRWEB) July 25, 2004 -- Economic challenges and the dynamics of Internet marketing and media planning are forcing companies of all sizes to turn to consultants to save on the cost of full-time employees, with greater success and lower cost for Internet solutions.

"The challenge for most companies is the lack of capitalization, and the need to hire an entire full time staff of experts to produce their Internet solutions," explained Jon Anthony Astore of www.21stCenturyInternational.com.

The Internet provides most companies a tremendous cost effective opportunity to test new product offerings, expand market share, widen customer base, and provide a resource to potential customers and investors. However, success on the Internet requires a team of professionals with the expertise needed to obtain the desired results and a strong return on investment.

"Many companies quickly learn that completing Internet deployments and selecting vendors is beyond the expertise of existing employees, but they do not have the capability of adding new staff. Unless an economical solution is found they most often end up with a misguided strategy and direction, ineffective execution, poor results and time to market, which negatively impacts their opportunity and bottom line," said Astore.

Astore, founder and president of 21st Century International assists companies of all sizes overcome the challenges they face without major expense. An acknowledged expert in Internet strategy development and deployment, Astore consults with firms in various business to consumer and business to business sectors including consumer products and services, financial, telecommunications, publishing, automotive, and pure play e-commerce.

"Without prior on-line experience, and facing tough competition, we were referred to Jon Astore. The results over the past two years have been just slightly short of amazing. We have grown exponentially without wasted dollars, and have captured a significant market share on-line at substantially less investment than what is considered industry norm thanks to Jon's insight, commitment and direction," said Michael Gonzales, chief operating officer of Aple Corp in Houston, Texas.

Astore explained that he provides strategic consulting using the Virtual Internet Partner (tm) program (VIP), a proprietary methodology and practice developed by 21st Century International over the past decade that is applied to any type of project in web site design, advertising, and CRM back ends for business to business or business to consumer companies using the Internet as a means for communications, lead generation, customer acquisition and retention, or e-commence direct sales platforms. The overall goals of the program are to offer high level strategy, shorter time to market with new deployments, reduce risk, and achieve maximum return on investment with all end to end Internet solutions and deployments in IT, sales and marketing expenditures.

"The goal of the VIP program approach is to be considered one of the lowest human resource expenditures of a company and produce one of the highest valuations and impact to the bottom line. This program is appropriate for one person start-ups to large Fortune 500 companies. The idea is to add a very cost effective expenditure that creates short term positive impacts and long term value to company and share holder equity," said Astore.
