Parcel lot lines are now available with the RealBird Enhanced Viewer, an Aerial and Satellite Photo-Mapping tool for real estate professionals.

The RealBird Enhanced Viewer, a web-based aerial photomaps viewer that can be easily added to a real estate website and linked to listings is now available in selected counties with property parcel outlines.

Redwood City, CA (PRWEB) July 28, 2004 -- DonationChannel Inc. announces today the availability of parcel data / lot lines overlays with its RealBird Enhanced Viewer. The following counties are currently supported with this new feature: King County, Washington; Kitsap County, Washington; San Mateo County, California; Napa County, California; Bay County, Florida; Palm Beach County, Florida. More counties will be added on-going. The RealBird Aerial Maps Viewer has U.S. continental coverage.

The RealBird Enhanced Viewer is a personalized GIS (Geographical Information Systems) tool for real estate agents. Agents can add the RealBird Viewer to their websites, link to any number of listings, display local schools information and now display parcel lines as overlays on top of aerial maps. Subscribers to the Enhanced Viewer also get a subdomain name such as http://Gene.RealBird.com or http://SeattleHome.RealBird.com

For those who just want a simple add-on to their websites, the RealBird Starter Viewer, with limited functionality, is available free of charge.

"The Realbird Viewer not only makes a real estate website more appealing and unique" said Gabriel Gross, President and Founder of DonationChannel Inc. It supports better informed home buying decisions by clients. While many counties offer GIS information as part of their websites, RealBird is unique because it is built and customizable specifically for real estate agents, it is very easy to use, and with it agents will be more valuable to their clients. This is a wonderful customer acquisition and retention tool, and at the same time also a productivity booster for the busy RealtorŪ. Nothing like this is available elsewhere today!"

Member agents are also encouraged to sign up with the http://www.DonationChannel.org website and donate to local schools. Through this website, participating agents can publicize their community-oriented values to parents, increasing their chances to receive referrals.

The DonationChannel fills a need for the revenue generation of schools and at the same time provides real estate agents an effective way to spend their marketing dollars in a way that gets them excellent exposure, serves as a valuable listing tool, while at the same time benefiting the communities they serve.
