During his tenure, he also was president of the Credit Union Legislative Action Committee, Colorado Credit Union Foundation, Credit Union Family Insurance Services and Credit Union Advantage Automotive.
For several years Beach was CEO of SunCorp Corporate Credit Union. He has been a member of various Credit Union National Association (CUNA) committees and has served on its Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He also served on the CUNA Mutual Advisory Committee and The Credit Union Service Corporation Board of which he was chairman for four years. Most recently, he served as chairman of the board of the Credit Union House LLC.
Beach, who earned a bachelors degree from the University of Kansas and a masters from Emporia State University, also served as Chairman of U.S. Central Credit Union and on many committees of the Association of American Credit Union Leagues (AACUL). He received the AACULs Eagle Award," that groups highest member award, as well as the Herb Wegner Lifetime Achievement Award," perhaps the most recognized award in the credit union industry.
