Love for Rent" features Colombian super star Angie Cepeda alongside a spectacular cast of established performers.

Love for Rent" is a romantic comedy that tells the story of Sofia, Angie Cepeda, a Colombian college student struggling with immigration issues in LA, who accepts the proposal to become a surrogate mother for $50,000 to overcome her financial difficulties and at the same time forms a close bond with her foster kid neighbor.
I believe 'Love for Rent' is one of the first Latin to U.S crossover films to count with such a varied cast and aimed to a wide audience that is craving for new Hispanic exposure in film," comments Alvaro Albarracin. We have already been accepted and are evaluating many film festivals that show that the industry is hungry for this type of films, produced in English and with Latin elements to it and an easy film to market. Angie Cepeda, who was also born in Colombia and has been tagged by some critics as the Sofia Loren of the Americas, received rave reviews for her work in Captain Pantoja and the Special Services." Most recently, she packed theaters in Italy with the comedy Suddenly Paradise," under the direction of Leonardo Perocionni.
In addition to Angie Cepeda, who received rave reviews for her work in Suddenly Paradise", the cast of Love for Rent" includes Ken Marino, best known for his role in the comedy series Monk", Jim Piddock and Nora Dunn, both renowned actors in Hollywood (Best in Show and Bruce Almighty, respectively).
MiamiLA also produced the soundtrack of Love for Rent, which features songs by artist Martita Roca, also co-starring in the film. The album has been engineered by Grammy® Award winner Alfredo Matheus and mixed by Gustavo Celis, also a Grammy® Award winner and part of the team that took the Academy Award® home for Best Sound in the film Chicago."
