The new Rideau program is designed to enable the financial institution to reward and retain its loyal customers. Customers will earn points for every purchase made on their credit card. These points can then be redeemed for a wide range of branded merchandise, gift certificates and travel via a specially designed client reward web site or an offline catalog. Rideau will administer the points and the web site, supply the merchandise, provide comprehensive call center support and handle all shipping services directly to the end users. Rideau will begin managing the program early this fall.
