Louisiana native, Sandra De Taranto, recently signed a contract with Publish America for her second novel, Fools Gold (An Enchanted Tale).
(PRWEB) August 20, 2004 -- De Taranto states that while her books are categorized as romance, her novels do push the typical boundaries. The author says Fools Gold definitely has a genre identity crisis, and she describes it as a mystery entwined with action, adventure, fantasy and romance.
In Fools Gold (An Enchanted Tale) … Legend says that a vast treasure was stolen and buried somewhere in northern Nevada, where it has remained hidden for more than one hundred years. The culprit of the stolen treasure was a young white woman who had strong ties to the Washoe Indians. And now, as a young con artist begins searching for the treasure, strange things start to happen as she begins an adventure where nothing is as it seems.
De Tarantos critically acclaimed first novel, Crying In The Rain, is due out November 2004 from Publish America. ISBN 1-4137-2316-0. The book is a dark romance, set against the backdrop of the 80s, movie stars and rock-n-roll.
