Malinche Entertainment Unveils Endgame – a Game that Predicts the Future.

Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) August 25, 2004 -- In Malinches latest adventure game Endgame, players board the cutting-edge guided missile cruiser USS Las Vegas and assume command of one of the worlds most advanced war ships. While in command, players will solve most of the worlds problem in one awe-inspiring mission.

As much as Endgame is a work of Interactive Fiction, the game solves most of the worlds most challenging problems with the point of the sword," says Howard Sherman, CEO and Implementer at Malinche Entertainment. With Americas hands all but tied by global political forces while it faces the most formidable challenges since the Cold War, enter the defiant USS Las Vegas (CG75); a single cruiser that defies all odds to score global victories on behalf of not only the United States but the world itself," Sherman says. The basis of the game starts with the quiet deployment of USS Las Vegas to the Strait of Gibraltar to interdict against Al Qaedas attempts to threaten the global economy. Cruising across the globe with a mandate of the President of the United States, the player is challenged with mission after mission to put terrorists out of their misery and set things straight in rogue nations such as Iran and North Korea.

Based on real-world events, this epic Interactive Fiction title continually challenges players to eliminate the nuclear potential of Iran, destroy the North Korean WMD machine and obliterate Al Qaeda off the face of the earth while in command of the sleek cruiser USS Las Vegas.

What should be of interest to absolutely everybody is the timing," Sherman continues. The day Endgame went on sale, Iran issued a warning to the United States and Israel to make no attempt to attack its nuclear facility in Bushehr. Ironically, one of the four missions in the game is to destroy the Bushehr facility itself. The timing is uncanny," Sherman continues wistfully.

Bringing all of the fictional cruisers massive firepower to bear, the fictional commanding officer of USS Las Vegas will launch nuclear-tipped Tomahawk missiles as well as the many other armaments present aboard a state-of-the-art US Navy cruiser.

Shore targets will be bombarded and enemy aircraft will be blasted out of the sky thanks to the Phalanx Gatling gun systems. I designed Endgame to be a strategic as well as a cerebral challenge for any player who takes part," Sherman states. The logistical challenges coupled with the covert aspects of the mission meld together to create a very satisfying experience for any naval warfare enthusiast," The Implementer asserts. All outcomes are emotionally satisfying for the player," Sherman continues.

Endgame is available now. Suspense fiction and techno thriller fans can visit http://www.malinche.net and view screen shots, the developers journal and order their copy online.
