TechnoExplorers adds RSS and XML features to their website to promote the sharing of information about the technology education available with the computer curriculum they offer.

(PRWEB) September 7, 2004 -- TechnoExplorers, a reseller of computer curriculum for children and teachers, has announced its intentions to add RSS/XML features to its website. It is hoped that these features will help parents and teachers learn more about the technology education available with the TechnoExplorers computer curriculum.

RSS and XML are web features for syndicating the content of websites. When a visitor clicks on an RSS or XML icon on a website, they are choosing to receive updates about any changes to that website. When TechnoExplorers adds a new product to their selection of computer curriculum, visitors who choose to be are informed automatically with a feed from the website.

Computer teachers and students can also choose to receive updates about new schools, organizations and school districts that use TechnoExplorers computer curriculum. Teachers and parents can also receive valuable information about developments in computing and Internet safety for children, in addition to computer curriculum.

Dr. Robert Thrash, III, president of RTSG, Inc., a TechnoExplorers distributor, said, Instead of having to continually check back to look for new products and information on our computer curriculum, we bring that news to the consumer."
Visitors can receive free sample projects for each computer curriculum category on the TechnoExplorers website. Complete computer workbooks for children and computer guides for teachers can be viewed or printed to help visitors gain a thorough understanding of the product and the structure of the materials.

About TechnoExplorers:
TechnoExplorers provides project-based computer curriculum to students ages 3 and up. In this approach to learning, students complete fun projects that focus on problem-solving tasks. Students learn information and communication technology skills gradually as they complete activities such as publishing an e-magazine, creating a multimedia storyboard, or developing a website.

TechnoExplorers computer curriculum has been approved by both the Texas and Florida State Departments of Education for use in the classroom.
