A New Way to Manage and Inspect Asbestos Containg Material

New turnkey solution for the inspection and management of asbestos containing material, which significantly reduces costs for environmental service and property management firms. While helping building owners comply with the increasing new legislation. The new Hazmat Inspector (ACM) inspection and management system is very easy to use and does not require any setup or maintenance of complicated network software. It provides central program and data access allowing critical data to be securely shared in real time by 3rd party vendors or clients instantly, anywhere anytime using desk top PCs, Pen tablets, Palm or Pocket PC mobile wireless handheld devices.

(PRWEB) September 15, 2004 -- To help environmental service and property management firms increase their profit margins and help their clients meet new legislation, Basebridge has developed Hazmat Inspector. With deaths from asbestos related disease on the increase, government legislation now requires building owners and managers to develop and maintain a register of asbestos containing material within their buildings. Under Bill C-45 , amendments to Canadian criminal law, as of March 31, 2004 non-compliance is now a criminal offence and can be punishable by fines or even imprisonment. Hazmat Inspector allows the firms to inspect and manage asbestos containing material for an unlimited number of buildings and clients at the same time forming the core of a client asbestos management plan. One of the largest costs to any environmental service or property management firm is the initial inspection process, follow up surveillances and day-to-day management of asbestos containing material data for their clients. Hazmat Inspector eliminates the need for redundant data entry and paper forms. It provides central program and data access allowing critical data to be securely shared in real time by 3rd party vendors or clients instantly, anywhere anytime using desk top PCs, Pen tablets, Palm or Pocket PC mobile wireless handheld devices. Basebridge will actually brand the service so it looks like a service offered by the environmental service or property management firm.
