Independent Film Company in Houston, Texas sets February 18, 2005 as its movie premiere date in Macon, Georgia
(PRWEB) January 7, 2005 -- New Billionaire Films is ready, set and go for their upcoming movie premiere in Macon, Georgia for their first full-length feature film, The Prayer. The Prayer will have its premiere on February 18, 2005 at the historic Douglass theatre located at 355 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd starting at 7pm.
"This is definitely a Hallmark moment for us at New Billionaire because we filmed the entire movie in Macon, Georgia and to have its premiere here is just phenomenal" stated Keith B. Jones who is the Chairman and President of New Billionaire Films who also served as the writer, producer and director of The Prayer. "We have received tons of support from the people in and around Macon and we feel that because of that support we will have a huge turn out at the premiere" Mr. Jones continued. The Prayer was filmed in Macon over a 4-day period in December of 2004 using an all Macon cast.
"We are looking forward making history here in Macon and we want to show the world that Macon has a lot of talented people here," stated Mr. Le Roy Thomas Jr. CEO of New Billionaire Films East Coast Division. Mr. Thomas also makes a cameo appearance in the film.
The Prayer is a film about a young lady Michelle who believes in God until she meets a drug dealer named Marcus whom she thinks that she can change by being in his life. Her family begins to notice that Michelle is slowly becoming more like Marcus and less like the praying young lady that she was before she met him. This movie is for anyone who believes in the power of prayer.
