Retired Lt. Colonel Featured on Extreme Sports Television Show with Military-style Beach Workout

There are enemy soldiers on American soil. They are killing 3,000 Americans a day. Colonel Bob Weinstein knows who these soldiers are. Their names are Heart Disease, Cancer and Stroke. On Sunday, January 23, and in February 2005, tentatively, February 6, 2005 at 3:00 PM, Colonel Weinstein is taking this message to the public, military-style which is when this segment will air on Telemundo. The February 2005 segment will also feature the US Naval Sea Cadet Corps participating in Beach Boot Camp.

(PRWEB) January 17, 2005 -- "Ritmo Deportivo" is an extreme sports show that airs every Sunday at 3:00 PM and is directed towards all sports lovers with the well-known reporter Leti Coo.

Asked about his programs, Colonel Weinstein responded, "No more cry babies! No more excuses! It doesn't matter whether you are a couch potato with expert channel surfing skills and frequent refrigerator "sprints" or a gym rat who is not able to do cardio more than 5 minutes because of all that iron pumping. It doesn't matter whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, firm up abs, triceps or butt or work on the cardio. My 'recruits' who are civilians get it all at Beach Boot Camp on Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Retired army Lieutenant Colonel Bob Weinstein, who is 53 years "young", introduces the civilians to his style of staying in shape and keeping it that way. His workout turns back the biological clock. New years resolutions and gym visits have not brought about the necessary physical and mental change to sustain good eating and exercise habits. "The buck stops here!" Your mind and body will be "reformed" to achieve those results you have always wanted but kept telling yourself "that's not possible for me."

Col. Weinstein call's this busy persons workout. Cant figure out how to find the time to work the upper body, then the lower and then the cardio? This class is a back to nature approach of combining cardio, strength, flexibility and agility all into one class. As the name "Beach Boot Camp" states, this workout is on the beach and includes a fun and challenging mix of body weight exercises and some jogging with the use of the resistance band to add more variety to the upper body workout.

So what's his next big television project? Watch for Colonel Weinstein on PAX television on a show titled "Take Charge of Your Life" which will air sometime in February as a part of a partnership with the award winning Rose Lee Archer of the Rose Lee Archer Show.
