National Association of System Administrators Inc. (NASA) received an unexpected recognition award from long time customers during the annual Executive Colloquium held in the Bahamas.

Chicago, IL (PRWEB) January 26, 2005 -- Maybe it should have been expected; since NASA has never lost a customer due to service issues, however, John Blanchard CEO, National Association of System Administrators, Inc. was completely caught off guard when Mike Youngblood Vice President IT/Systems of Sportif USA, Sparks Nevada stood up during an executive briefing dinner and presented NASA with an award for excellence in service for continually going beyond expectations. Mr. Youngblood spoke of two occasions where NASA took ownership of problems on equipment at Sportif, and not under maintenance with NASA that other service provides had failed to resolve.

He also told several stories related to him by other NASA customers, all revolving around the consistent theme that the customer comes first regardless of the impact to NASA. He closed by saying NASA is the only service provider that listens to customers concerns, implements a solution and more often than not with no additional cost to NASA maintenance customers. Try shopping that for customer commitment."

Sportif was one of the first customers to sign a maintenance contract with NASA more than ten years ago. Siemens Energy, Baptist Health Care, and Creative Automation were among the participants in the recognition of NASAs dedication.

NASA Executive Colloquium is an annual event designed to bring NASA key customers together to share common goals, create solution scenarios, and charter the future direction of NASA service offerings. Past Executive Colloquiums have produced Disaster Recovery Solutions, Colocation Services, and Customer-to-Customer Equipment Exchange. At the August Fall Colloquium, customers can expect to learn about Staff Augmentation Services, as well as other offerings developed during this Executive Colloquium.
