Celebrate the 'Year of the Rooster' at Award-Winning Peking Tom's; Chinese New Year Festivities Begin Tuesday, February 8th and Go Through Sunday, February 27th

Chinese New Year's Eve Bash Kicks Off Limited Time Chinese New Years Menu Additions, Year of the Rooster Cocktails & Lovers Tasting Menu. One of the largest holiday celebrations worldwide, Chinese New Year lasts for 15 days and signifies the reunion and celebration of family. The new Year of the Rooster (Chinese calendar year 4702), will begin on Wednesday, February 9th, 2005. In honor of this event, Peking Toms, an award-winning Chinese restaurant developed by the Eat Drink Laugh Restaurant Group, will throw its second annual Chinese New Years Eve Bash on Tuesday, February 8th, 2005 at 8pm. The New Year party will feature a traditional Chinese Lion Head Dance, where a serpentine-like Chinese Lion will dance, jump and wind its way through the dining room and bar to the beat of pounding drums, bright colors and lively sounds in this authentic Chinese dance for luck.
