MasterVisions Home Decor Manufacturer Licenses New Patriotic Artwork

MasterVisions Etched Glass Home Décor and Furniture has added a new patriotic design to their collection of etched glass home decor and furniture

Minneapolis, MN (PRWEB) January 4, 2005 -— MasterVisions Etched Glass Home Décor and Furniture has added a new patriotic artwork to their collection of etched glass home decor and furniture. Minnesota native, and current Milwaukee artist, Jon Baas, has produced a specially commissioned artwork titled Homeland Heroes."

Baas is an emerging young artist who first gained attention for his award-winning Eagle" portrait. He has previously been commissioned by MasterVisions to create other popular pieces titled, Afternoon Hideaway" and Ocean Palms."

MasterVisions, the largest producer of etched glass home décor and furniture in the world, adds this new design to their collection of over 100 designs etched in solid hardwood-framed mirrors, glass-top coffee tables and end tables, and coat racks.

Ive always wanted to expand our collection of patriotic works," said MasterVisions president Mark Scott. This piece works nicely toward that goal, and also provides us with something uniquely our own."

Its a beautiful piece too," Scott says. The etching features a fireman, a policeman and a soldier raising the American flag from among the debris with an eagle flying overhead. It honors those who risk their lives protecting us both at home and around the world. It embodies the spirit of freedom and persistence." Scott continued, In a time of uncertainty and conflict, it lends itself to the ideal that we as Americans, will overcome disaster and rebuild what was lost."

Homeland Heroes" is available in mirrors, tables and coat racks, and appears on the MasterVisions website at www.mastervisions.com/patriotic.htm
