Deborah E. Frimmel is of counsel in the Orlando, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis LLP. Ms. Frimmel earned her B.S. degree in business administration, with high honors, from Villanova University. She received her J.D. degree, with honors, from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center. While attending law school, Ms. Frimmel was an active member of the Moot Court Team and served as law clerk to labor and employment counsel at Coulter Corporation in Miami, Florida.

Keith L. Hammond is an associate in the Orlando, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis LLP. Mr. Hammond earned his B.A. degree from the University of South Florida and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1999. While attending law school, Mr. Hammond served as the managing editor of the Stetson Law Review and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. Following law school, he was a law clerk to U.S. Magistrate
Judge Elizabeth A. Jenkins in the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.

Kristyne E. Kennedy is an associate in the Orlando, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis LLP. Ms. Kennedy earned her B.A. degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida, and her J.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Law. While at the University of Miami, she focused her studies in the area of labor and employment Law, and she served as a legal intern in the Miami District Office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Ms. Kennedy is a member of The Florida Bar, the American and Orange County Bar Associations, the Central Florida Human Resources Association, and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.

Joanne B. Lambert is of counsel to the Orlando, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis LLP and lectures frequently on a variety of employment-related topics. She earned her B.A. degree in history from The Florida State University and received her J.D. degree, with high honors, from The Florida State University College of Law. Ms. Lambert devotes her practice exclusively to representing management in employment litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, as well as counseling management regarding ongoing employment and labor matters. Her areas of experience include Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, multistate substance abuse testing policies, the Florida Workers Compensation Act, Florida noncompete and trade secrets laws, the Florida Public Records Act as it relates to public employers, and various contract and tort matters arising from the employment relationship. Ms. Lambert has also practiced general civil litigation, including construction litigation, probate disputes, Uniform Commercial Code matters, securities fraud litigation, real estate contract matters, residential and commercial foreclosures, and dissolution of marriage.

Nathan A. McCoy is an associate in the Orlando, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis LLP. Mr. McCoy earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Central Florida in Orlando and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee, College of Law. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2003. While attending law school, Mr. McCoy served as managing editor of The Tennessee Journal of Business Law and student materials editor for the Tennessee Law Review. He also competed in the Robert F. Wagner, Sr. National Labor & Employment Moot Court Competition, which earned him a place on the College of Laws Moot Court Board.

Donald C. Works III is a partner in the Orlando office of Jackson Lewis LLP. Mr. Works is a graduate of Auburn University, where he received his B.S. degree in personnel management and industrial relations. He also attended the University of Miami, where he received his J.D. degree. He has been with Jackson Lewis since 1997, where he manages litigation and is responsible for attorney training efforts in central Florida. Mr. Works is the past president of the Human Resource Association of Broward County and the Central Florida Human Resource Association. He is a regular speaker and has published several articles on labor and employment law topics. In addition, Mr. Works regularly teaches human resource management and employment law classes at Valencia Community College, Rollins College and the University of Central Florida.
