Company Solves Battle Between City and Property Owners Over Code Enforcement

Code Compliance Services offers help to property owners who have received a citation from the city code enforcement department because of a violation of code laws. By not only bringing the property back into compliance, but also establishing a more effective communication that can benefit an entire community.

(PRWEB) October 5, 2005 -- Everyday, thousands of property owners are issued citations because they are in violation of city code enforcement laws. This daily ritual generates millions of dollars each year for the the city general fund.

Property owners are not only given exorbiant amounts for these fines and/or fees, but could even face the possibility of losing the property because of liens, and in severe cases, jail time could be given to the property owner/agent for non-compliance. Besides all this, the issue of why the citation was given and how to "fix" the problem remains.
