ForeclosureMBA.com Launches Free Real Estate Investment Information to Investors Seeking Solid Foreclosure Training

Chicago-based ForeclosureMBA.com has created a free e-Lesson series at www.ForeclosureMBA.com that provides weekly tips, strategies and resources to investors all over the U.S. on foreclosure investing and how to buy foreclosures.

(PRWEB) October 3, 2005 -- In an effort to bring solid, real-world information to the real estate investment community, ForeclosureMBA.com has created a free e-Lesson series that details how to invest successfully in foreclosures in today's challenging real estate markets. The series includes a combination of written lessons, audio lessons and live teleclasses designed to help both beginner and experienced investors find the right investment strategy for their local markets.

"Our team has over 10 years of foreclosure investing experience, so we know what it takes to compete and we know what the challenges are," says Ken Preuss, the founder and co-owner of http://www.ForeclosureMBA.com. "That's exactly why this e-Lesson series was designed. These are not watered-down theories or outdated strategies. This is the stuff that professional real estate investors are using every single day to secure great foreclosure deals in their markets."

According to Preuss, the free lessons are already a big hit in the real estate community. "We've quickly attracted the attention of both new and experienced real estate investors looking for solid training on investing in residential foreclosures. Serious investors know that the foreclosure boom hasn't even happened yet. In almost every market in the U.S., foreclosure numbers are on the rise and have even doubled in many cases. Now is the time to jump into foreclosures while a solid 3 to 5-year opportunity exists."

One particular lesson that has attracted a lot of eyes is a recent essay about the effects of Hurricane Katrina. "In this particular lesson, we looked at the Katrina disaster from a unique standpoint and forced the reader to ask, 'What can I learn from this?" says Preuss. "It's an interesting perspective and we've received phenomenal feedback on it from our members."

In addition to the free e-Lesson series, www.ForeclosureMBA.com also offers additional training to its members. Specifically, they have created a real estate investing course that teaches a niche foreclosure strategy that allows investors to help homeowners in foreclosure stay in their homes. They also offer professional coaching and mentoring opportunities with full-time investors.

Ken Preuss explains: "We are passionate about helping our investors succeed in the foreclosure arena, and we know a lot of people need additional guidance on how to invest successfully in their markets. Were we not to provide these additional training opportunities, we would be doing real estate investors a huge disservice. Our goal is to use our training expertise to bring tangible results to all of our members, whether beginner or experienced."

ForeclosureMBA.com has been designed for both beginning and experienced real estate investors. Subscribe to their free Foreclosure e-Lesson series at www.ForeclosureMBA.com
