Going into Menopause Can Lead to Osteoporosis

Falling estrogen levels associated with menopause not only cause some unpleasant symptoms like hot flashes and mood swings; menopause can also cause bone loss to accelerate.

Riverside, California (PRWEB) October 5, 2005 -- The statistics are staggering, with over 40 million women, that's more than 1/3 of the women in the United States experiencing menopausal symptoms, and another 20 million women that will reach the age of menopause over the next 10 years, menopause is a pretty hot topic these days.

Falling estrogen levels associated with menopause not only cause some unpleasant symptoms like hot flashes and mood swings; menopause can also cause bone loss to accelerate. Women who have reached menopause lose bone at a rate of one to three percent a year. While this slows around the age of 60, it does not stop entirely. Older women may have lost between a third to a half of their bone mass, while men may lose between 20 and 35%

The Tahiti Trader Company has stepped up to the plate with their own unique solution, Bio-Noni for women. Bio-Noni for women contains a blend of natural estrogen promoting ingredients to help stave off bone loss and ease menopausal symptoms. BioNoni's proprietary formula contains balancing herbs, well being & energy enhancing supplements, and patented BioCalth® to help promote bone health in the body and to help maintain overall bone and joint health. The all-natural ingredients are blended in Noni juice for a refreshing drink format. Native women as a curative for "women's issues" have used noni in the South Sea Islands for over 2,000 years.

Lecturer and Registered Nurse (RN) Artista Marchioni, a veteran with 27-years experience in counseling women in the best ways to cope with menopause naturally, explains, "Women really don't need to suffer anymore… symptoms of menopause are just not necessary to endure. Menopause is a time when overall body health should be considered. The better health your body is in… the easier the transition can be for women. With Bio-Noni menopause won't seem like a trying time anymore. Women can just feel like themselves again, without taking hormones… with the added benefit of BioCalth® for bone and joint health."

Bio-Noni's launch has already been bombarded with requests for the product in health food stores everywhere, with a landslide of orders daily the Riverside based Tahiti Trader has a homerun on the Peri-menopause and Menopause game and most importantly addressing bone loss.
