Callers in the United States and Canada Realize up to 90 Percent Savings on Phone Bills

TerraSip, an international VoIP Community, has developed an Internet Telephony system that's offering tremendous savings to callers in the United States and Canada.

Estepona, Spain (PRWEB) October 14, 2005 -- TerraSip, an international VoIP Community, has developed an Internet Telephony system that's offering tremendous savings to callers in the United States and Canada.

The technology used by TerraSip, called Internet Telephony or Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), uses the Internet to transmit phone calls globally. TerraSip members enjoy free calling to one another and very low calling rates when phoning non-members. Calling in the United States and Canada is as little as a penny per minute nationwide for members.

Unlike typical phone lines and wireless setups, TerraSip transmits calls via the Internet Protocol TCP/IP. Internet users might recognize this protocol as the pathway for their local Internet connection. Now, anyone with a broadband Internet connection can make phone calls around the world -for free or at a very low cost.

Susan Z. Scheiber, CEO, emphasizes the creative relationship TerraSip has with its members when she states, "We wanted to give people a sense of community in which we are all partners, rather than present TerraSip as just another anonymous carrier. Our members' positive reactions already show that we got that concept exactly right."

Using special phones called IP phones, TerraSip makes Internet Telephony simple for users. Mobile users are also experiencing as much as a 99 percent savings. TerraSip already has thousands of hot spots (wireless access areas) around the world, and is expected to grow rapidly as new partnerships form.

About the Company:
TerraSip S.A. is a private held VoIP Provider based in Spain with an international team of software developers in Germany, Spain, India and China. TerraSip S.A. signed a Cooperation Agreement (Joint Venture) with United Electronics Technologies Corp Limited (Trade Name: CopsVoIP), located in Shenzen, China, to design a new mobil VoIP Handy and a WiFi Router for using mobil VoIP. First models will be shipped to the world markets in First Quarter of 2006 for a very competitive price.
