The Capresso Ultima automatically tamps ground espresso coffee. All that is necessary for a great cup of espresso is filling the machine with ground coffee and turning and closing a lever.
The EspressoPRO, also available, features the frothXpress system, which automatically siphons milk from a cold milk container, combines it with steam and delivers it to your cappuccino. It also has a knob that allows for multiple milk temperature settings, as opposed to EspressoClassic DualFrother, which has two settings, for lattes and for cappuccinos.
The third category of Capresso coffee products are coffee makers. MetroKitchen carries the CoffeeTEAM Luxe, the MT500 and the CoffeeTEC. The CoffeeTEC comes with the frothXpress system built in. The CoffeeTEAM Luxe features the Conical Burr Grinder.
The Capresso Infinity Commercial Grade Conical Burr Grinder is sold separately at Metrokitchen. The Conical Burr Grinder has 16 settings from extremely fine to French press coarse.
