Knowledge Infusion consulting experts engaged with Commerce University leadership with the goal of helping them automate and consolidate their current manual and paper processes, track and report learning activities, and tie employee learning and performance to the company’s overall corporate objectives. Knowledge Infusion recently completed a significant portion of the project, partnering with Commerce Bank to evaluate leading Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management and Succession Planning solutions.

By rolling out a complete talent management strategy including learning, performance management, and succession planning, managers will be able to create employee development plans during the performance evaluation process that are linked to specific learning activities while allowing Commerce Bank to gain visibility into its internal talent supply and demand.
