Test specialist develops cooling unit for heavy truck, agricultural and construction manufacturers
Almont, Mich. (PRWEB) October 28, 2005 -- Today, VRD, Incorporated, a leading provider of automotive powertrain and physical test equipment and services, unveiled an all new heavy duty engine test cooling unit at the Automotive Testing Expo North America 2005, held at the Rock Financial Showplace in Novi, Michigan. The cooling unit is being developed for heavy truck, agricultural and construction manufacturing companies.
General Manager, Thomas Rinke and members of the VRD team were available to answer questions about the new cooling unit as well as other automotive testing equipment and services that the Almont, Mich.-based company provides.
“VRD developed this unit specifically for heavy truck, agricultural and construction manufacturers to facilitate test operations in their own research and development laboratories,” stated Rinke. “However, the modular construction of the system makes it easy to modify and size for specific test system requirements. Also, the controls can be as basic or as complex as the customer wants. The customers that I’ve spoken with are very excited about this system.”
Over 6,000 engineers are expected to visit the Automotive Testing Expo this week.
