Ryan is also a well-known speaker on entrepreneurship and had just returned from speaking at the Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization 2005 Conference in Orlando when he heard of his selection.
Ryan moved from Florida to Chapel Hill in 2002 to attend UNC-Chapel Hill. Ryan is presently taking time off from school to focus on his business. Ryan is an economics major and a Blanchard Scholar at UNC and will be a senior when he returns.
