Developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), SAS 70 (Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70, Service Organizations) is the standard used to examine and report on the design and operating effectiveness of a service organization's internal controls.

By undergoing the SAS 70 audit, ARINSO can provide its HR outsourcing clients with an audit report on payroll processing controls that facilitates compliance with these regulations.
