(PRWEB) December 2, 2005 -- ClaudeMonet.org The Official site for Organization Claude Monet has just been launched. Membership is free. At ClaudeMonet.org for the first time Claude Monet's passion for Art, Cuisine, Gardens, travel and his home and gardens in Giverny can be celebrated and shared by all.

WWW.CLAUDEMONET.ORG the Official Site for Organization Claude Monet was formed to inspire, support and bring together all those interested in the many worlds of Claude Monet. Do you love Monet's art, art in general, gardens and gardening, travel, fine cuisine, beautiful flowers, champagne, chocolate, wine, delicious cheese and beautiful homes? Then you are walking in the steps of Claude Monet and reawakeing many of his passions. Monet created his home and Gardens in Giverny as an oasis for all the wonderful things life has to offer. He chose Normandy, where he was born to settle and create his special world. As he dined on the wonderful Camembert cheese of Normandy and sipped his favorite champagne or Calvados, when the right light effect was present, nothing would stop him from running to his canvases and capturing the effect. That is what Impressionism is all about, the light effect. This site allows you to experience the totality of the life of Claude Monet.

WWW.ClaudeMonet.org is the gateway to Monet's Palate TM, www.Monetspalate.com where all of the worlds CLAUDE MONET enjoyed and was passionate about intersect and your journey begins. By joining the mailing list at Monetspalate.com you automatically become a member of www.ClaudeMonet.org and will be kept informed of all that is happening at Organization Claude Monet and enhance your life experience.

When Claude Monet moved to Giverny in 1883, many American and European artists settled down in the village until World War II and formed an important colony of impressionist painters. This colony of artists developed itself around painters like Theodore Robinson, Lilla Cabot Perry, Frederick MacMonnies, Frederick Carl Frieseke, etc.

ClaudeMonet.org and MonetsPalate.com are proud to help the tradition Claude Monet started in his small town in Normandy, Giverny France.
