The acquisition will allow QualXpert to offer a comprehensive "best practice" portfolio of enterprise software and on-demand services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Report Control developed and marketed advanced 'business process automation' software focusing on the sales process. Report Control was founded to meet businesses' increasing need for high visibility into, and on-going improvement of their sales and other CRM processes. Examples of business processes made more efficient by Report Control included direct sales, channel and partner-related sales, marketing and customer service.

The Report Control solution offers industry standard hosted-CRM functionality as well as dedicated, cutting-edge technology for situation-specific selling and business process management.
