Boulder, CO (PRWEB) December 9, 2005 -- WorldWIT, the world’s largest on- and offline networking organization for professional women with 80 chapters around the globe, is now accepting speaker applications for their third annual, one-of-a-kind, international business conference (http://tinyurl.com/86v57). Camp WorldWIT: Back to our Nature will be taking place at the Trout Lodge in the beautiful Ozark Mountains, near St. Louis, MO from May 4-7. All speaker applications must be received by January 6, 2006.
Camp WorldWIT: Back to our Nature will be the off-the-grid networking event of the year, offering guests and speakers a unique experience that combines business education and networking with an old-fashioned summer camp feel, and it's just for women. During the long weekend, Campers share entrepreneurial and corporate learning, hear outstanding keynoters and panel discussions, and have ample opportunities to share best practices.
Today, WorldWIT opens the application process and welcomes single speakers and panelists to submit their applications for seminars and workshops to be presented during the 3rd annual conference. Speakers are invited to share their knowledge and expertise with over 200 attendees in an intimate and relaxed environment. WorldWIT is looking for a variety of topic areas from experts around the globe. This is a rare opportunity to connect, inspire, and learn from other professional women. The three Camp tracks address diverse leadership challenges and are designed to strengthen careers, enlighten the mind and uplift the spirit and include:
1) Leadership Development: Find Your Personal Champion – Leadership, career planning, developing a vision for your business. Soft Skills and philosophical nuggets to enrich and inspire you in 2006 and beyond.
2) Best Practices: Create a Breakthrough Performance – Function-specific wisdom and best practices on a wide range of entrepreneurial and corporate topics.
3) Recipes For Success: Tricks of the Trade—Hands-on, get-up-and-do-it sessions that will help participants practice and integrate new skills.
In addition to a comprehensive program based on the WorldWIT member’s feedback, the keynote sessions will be presented by several of the most dynamic women in business today including Jane Randel, VP of Corporate Communications at Liz Claiborne.
“This Camp is a complete departure from most business learning or networking events, which are usually very ‘corporate’ in atmosphere.
