Sharpen Mental Skills With Dr. Gary Sailes

The Mental Strength Training Center (www.MentalStrength.com) announced today the release of an interview with world-class mental skills coach Dr. Gary Sailes.

Camarillo, Ca (PRWEB) February 3, 2005 -- The interview is made available to members of a sports performance online resource to help athletes and coaches become better competitors.

Dr. Gary Sailes has appeared on national radio and television, writes a monthly column and has published many articles and books on mental toughness in sports, business and life. His client list includes Nike, the Indiana PGA, USPTA, NCAA, the Milwaukee Brewers, and the student athletes at Indiana University.

The 25-minute interview features Dr. Sailes and MentalStrength.com CEO Sam Hirschberg in a conversational mode, with questions coming from Mr. Hirschberg based on what athletes and coaches need to excel. Dr. Sailes tells many strategies for creating better sports performance through focus, relaxation and how to overcome a common mental error known as ‘thinking too much.
