If an unforeseen event beyond the control of Rapid Response Marketing LLC or Roidealsdaily.com prevents it from performing the obligations under this agreement, Rapid Response Marketing LLC shall not be liable for the loss of service from a cause outside of our control, provided that has taken reasonable steps to minimize the loss. E.g. Act of God, war, weather, fire, strikes or external suppliers. Where any cause beyond the control of Rapid Response Marketing LLC or Roidealsdaily.com results or will result in loss of service, Rapid Response Marketing LLC and roidealsdaily.com shall inform all publishers immediately.
In the event roidealsdaily.com suffers downtime for any more than a 10 day period in any given month roidealsdaily.com will have the option to cancel that months promotion.
Taxes on the prizes will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Any affiliate disqualified from the network for fraud, spamming or any other violation in our terms will forfeit their prize and it will be given to the next affiliate closest to their total for the month.
