With a 20 percent increase in customer base in 45 days, CoreTrac's R1 solution meeting demand for simple & affordable lead & referral tracking, opportunity management, sales reporting and more, in all-in-one" tool built specifically for community FIs

(PRWEB) February 28, 2005 -- CoreTrac, Inc. (www.coretrac.com), provider of ResourceOne (R1), the simple & affordable customer relationship management (CRM)/sales force automation (SFA) solution built specifically for community financial institutions, today reported that it acquired seven new FI customers in the first 45 days of 2005, increasing its customer base by nearly 20 percent since year-end 2004.

CoreTracs most recent customers include the following FIs:
•State National Bank (Lubbock, Texas) $1.4B assets
•Energy Capital Credit Union (Houston, Texas) $116M assets
•Pacific Community Federal Credit Union (Fullerton, California) $169M assets
•First Morris Bank and Trust (Morristown, New Jersey) $560M assets
•Union National Community Bank (Mount Joy, Pennsylvania) $383M assets
•SpiritBank (Tulsa, Oklahoma) $585M assets

All seven new CoreTrac customers have been individually recognized as leaders in operational performance, service standards and strong employee loyalty―areas cited as critical factors in a community FIs success, and all areas in which CoreTracs R1 solution already has delivered proven results.

First Morris Bank and Trust will use R1 to effectively manage leads and referrals to improve overall productivity; track sales goals and incentives; track marketing campaigns; identify cross-sell opportunities; and, most importantly, improve service, according to the bank. R1 also will enable the bank to more closely monitor pipelines and create a greater number of automated reports.

ResourceOne was exclusively designed for community banks, and thus reflected a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs of First Morris. CoreTrac has extensive experience with our current core processor, which translates to saving in time and resources, since the interface has already been designed and tested," says Christina Barbaro, First Morris Bank and Trust vice president/information systems officer. During our internal evaluation of several CRM systems, ResourceOne was identified as possessing a user-friendly design, and reporting capabilities in-line with our needs. Furthermore, the functionality of cross-departmental sharing of customer information will enable us to have a more organized approach to customer service and identifying cross-selling opportunities."

"CoreTracs partnerships with a growing number of leading community FIs demonstrates our dedication to providing technology solutions designed specifically for the way community FIs do business and interact with their clients," says S. Chris Ney, CoreTrac president & CEO. "We work closely with our community banking partners to understand ways to maximize the value ResourceOne delivers. This direct collaboration provides a distinct advantage."
In December, following a thorough due diligence process, CoreTrac garnered industry-wide approval when it was named Endorsed CRM Partner by the California Bankers Association, one of the countrys largest and most influential banking organizations.
