BuildingBlogz.com Launched for Residential Properties

Provides Customized Blogs for Buildings as Additional Property Amenity, To increase Rentals, Improve Communications with Residents -- and Residents with Each Other

Washington, DC (PRWEB) March 28, 2005 -- NetImpax, LLC, the Georgetown – based Interactive communications and design agency announced today the launch of its BuildingBlogz network and custom blog design service to enable residential properties to participate in and capitalize on blogging. (www.buildingblogz.com).

BuildingBlogz designs and builds customized blogs for residential properties throughout the United States to:
•   Enable property owners and managers to instantly communicate with their tenants and to inform them of building announcements and issues including construction projects, new policies and employees, security concerns, and other residential property news;
•   Increase the visibility of their properties and reinforce messaging on available units and building attributes, and feature photographs, logos, and unit layouts;
•   Manage and allow tenants to communicate with each other on topics of interest to a specific building and its demographic makeup such as area nightlife and restaurants, current events, volunteering, jobs, classifieds, technology, or any customized discussion categories building management wishes to incorporate.

All BuildingBlogz blogs become part of the BuildingBlogz Network of apartment blogs that will enable target renters web-wide to see the benefits of individual residential property units.

All blogs have controlled access by building management and it can edit any content, including blog postings, freely and at any time. BuildingBlogz can augment current property websites or can serve as one at an affordable price for those real estate management companies and owners that do not currently have a website presence.

The service is recommended as free to tenants and BuildingBlogz provides instructional welcome materials for real estate managers to share with their tenants about the online address of the blog and how to use the blog. Properties with a BuildingBlogz blog are encouraged to use participation in the network to increase visibility and rentals.

Development of the blog includes incorporation of approved building copy and images, RSS feeds, development of customized blogging categories, and hosting of the blog. Full technical support is available. The cost for each building is a one time $1,400 for complete development of the custom blog and inclusion in the BuildingBlogz Network and $49 per month for hosting the blog. Buildings that participate before April 7, 2005 receive six months of complimentary hosting.
