Ms. Mobus shares these accomplishments with her friend and Home & Garden Party leader, Sandi Pace.
Mobus and Pace challenged each other and worked closely in January 2005 to offer the Home & Garden Party Designer Opportunity to as many individuals as possible. At the end of January, Mobus and Pace had each recruited 24 new Designers, setting a new company record for sponsoring, and for the Home & Garden Party National Rally year (June-May).
Penny Carlile, Home & Garden Party President, recently honored Mobus & Pace with the Red Rose of Excellence Award for their accomplishments. The Red Rose of Excellence is given to Designers who exemplify a total commitment to excellence.
Ms. Mobus joined the company on February 9, 2004. She consistently establishes personalized action plans with individuals interested in being their own boss & deciding on when they want to work. In less than one year, she personally sponsored 47 Designers.
Contributing to Mobus' fast growth with the company is her voluntarily attendance at local, regional and national conferences and meetings, participation in conference call training opportunities with Home & Garden Party staff, and regular correspondence with her upline, including Sandi Pace. Mobus states, "Home and Garden Party provides unique training opportunities to Independent Designers and it is up to us to take advantage of them. On a recent training call, a fellow Designer shared that you can not fail at anything unless you want to. The same is true for succeeding. Ms. Mobus' family has been actively supportive of her Home & Garden Party venture by organizing Designer information packets and preparing home party invitation mailings.
