Olympic Psychologist Teaches How to Be More Confident

Camarillo, CA (PRWEB) April 6, 2005 -- The Mental Strength Training Center (www.MentalStrength.com) announced today the release of a Teleseminar with world-class Sport Psychologist Dr. Alan Goldberg.

The interview is made available to members of a sports performance online resource to help athletes and coaches become better competitors.

Dr. Alan Goldberg has authored multiple books, articles and resources on the topic of sports performance. He was the Sport Psychologist for the University of Connecticut and worked with the Huskies 1999 NCAA mens basketball champions, the 2000 NCAA mens soccer national champions as well as countless high school, college, pro and amateur teams, and Olympic athletes.

The 20-minute TeleSeminar features Dr. Alan Goldberg and the Mental Strength Training Center CEO Samuel Hirschberg in a conversational mode, with questions coming from Mr. Hirschberg based on what athletes and coaches need in order to overcome self-limiting fears, mental blocks, and how to increase confidence levels so that they might perform to their potential. Dr. Goldberg offers strategies for creating peak performance through the use of effective mental toughness strategies, the ones that he utilizes today when working with elite athletes across all sports.
