Mitch and Pam Temkin of South Haven, Michigan had returned to Bucuti Beach Resort in Aruba in March 2005. They enjoyed their first day of arrival by shopping at three of the local markets then dining at a restaurant. When Temkin went to pay the bill, she found that she had left her wallet, containing two credit cards, medical insurance cards, a drivers license, ATM card and at least $250 in cash, at one of their stops. The Temkins retraced their steps, spoke with managers, and searched for the lost wallet with no luck.
EAGLE BEACH, Aruba (PRWEB) April 8, 2005 -- Mitch and Pam Temkin of South Haven, Michigan had returned to Bucuti Beach Resort in Aruba in March 2005.
When the Temkins returned to Bucuti Beach Resort they asked front desk manager Prince Alexander for his assistance calling the credit card companies to report the lost cards. He assured us that Aruba was full of honest, happy people and one of them would find and hand over Mrs. Tempkins wallet. Prince promptly started making calls, not to the credit card companies but to his local network of friends and business associates.
The couple then turned in for what would surely be a restless night of sleep and were soon awoken by a call from Prince. The Temkins hurried to the front desk where Prince handed Mrs. Temkins the wallet and wrote a note that a young man name Nicholas Steen found it at KH supermarket; turned it over to the police. The police traced it with the airport customs to find out where the Temkins were staying and delivered it intact.
With experiences like this, it is easy to see why Bucuti Beach Resort enjoys a very high repeat guest ratio. Past guest Rose Brinson had this to say about Bucuti Beach Resort, This was our 3rd visit to Aruba and staying at the Bucuti. We have referred a honeymoon couple, and 2 other couples to Bucuti and they loved it as much as we do. You have an excellent staff and things run so smoothly. And even though everything is done in a first-class manner…We have only been home a week, but are already looking forward to our visit again next year."
